Seablossom - the city of wind chimes and white petals

The largest port on its continent and an independent city state rulled by a council consisting of the leaders of the major guilds, the leader of the guard and a general leader of the city

Its name comes from its location on the coast as well as an ancient chestnut tree that's always in bloom. Legends state that as long as the tree blooms the city will prosper

Due to being a port it's a melting pot of many different cultures as well as having developed a unique culture of its own.
